R4, D1 – What’s for Dinner?

 

Yesterday was rough.  Brain fog in this head.  Bad!

When I got home from “a Monday” at work – I had a craving for something fresh.

Salad it was!

A delicious, crisp salad of baby greens, carrots, avocado, turkey, prosciutto, and Primal Kitchen’s Balsamic dressing.

Delicious!  Definitely, the reset my body needed.
