Easy Shakshuka recipe right here…good for a hearty breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

In a frying pan, add fat of choice and diced onion.

Once onion partially cooked, add some marinara sauce of choice. We use Thrive Market brand Marinara – so good, all natural and sugar-free.

Next, depending on the level of spice, you prefer, add Mina Harissa sauce (I use a heaping TBSP of the spicy version, however, there is a mild flavor too)

Using a spoon, separate the sauce and drop eggs into the mixture.  Cook on low until the eggs start to set and then place under the broiler to finish the eggs.

Serve with a side of avocado.
