Eggs, Eggs. I love eggs.

One of the reasons I have done so well eating #whole30 is I love eggs.  I could eat them (actually I do eat them) every day.  Typically for breakfast, however, I am just as happy having them for dinner.  Prepared in lots of different ways.

Enjoyed a lovely spring Sunday breakfast with three fried eggs (Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel seasoning – YUM!), lox, and avocado.

Fried, scrambled, poached, hardboiled, softboiled, frittata’d, shakshuka’d, in an omelet, on a burger – doesn’t matter – I love them all ways.
