Egg Roll in a Bowl

Quick weeknight dinner (or weekend dinner – because it is that good!) – I use ground pork and throw in some extra veggies.  Spicy sriracha tops our bowl. (however, not whole30 compliant) for a kick!

This is the recipe I start with from The Real Food Dietitians.  Try it!

I add a full bag of rainbow slaw, 1/2 bag of regular coleslaw mix, shiitake mushrooms and extra carrots.  You can add whatever combination is yummy to you.
